A group of eight of us regularly meet for lunch and like to try out different places in Edinburgh.
We visited Hellers Kitchen for the first time, and will definitely return.
The Christmas lunch menu was very well priced and of very high quality. The service was efficient , friendly and unobtrusive,
We arrived at 1pm and did not leave until after 4:30pm and at no time did we feel rushed out as happens in many other establishments. Indeed one of the other lunch table parties left even later than we did!
The location is off the beaten track, but well worth a visit, particularly if you are staying in the south side of Edinburgh near the "Golden Mile" of B & Bs in Minto Street.

New November Review!
This is my second time visiting Hellers Kitchen. I don't stay in Edinburgh but my friend swears by this place! I am glad I have been introduced! The food is lovely - although you have to wait a while, however it is certainly worth it! Prices reasonable. Both times we have booked. Saw a lot of people being turned away at the door as they did not book. Tall lady with blonde hair is really an asset to the place, so pleasant and helpful. Will definately return!

Trip Advisor Review May
We had a lovely dinner at Heller's Kitchen while in Edinburgh. The menu was creative (yet reasonably priced) with options for everyone. As one reviewer said - calling this a pizza place is misleading. There were more entrees than pizzas. I had overheard a server talk to a local patron about how everything was made on the premise and decided that we needed to try a dessert. We had a wonderful lemon tart with blueberry sorbet. It was one of the best meals we had in out 12 days in the UK.
